Job summary

ALMG Hospitality's YUP DDUK IRVINE location is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise servers and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests in Irvine, CA.

You will enforce workflow, train staff, uphold QSC&V, coordinate with the team, and manage guest relations and to-go orders to maintain service standards throughout every shift.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in restaurant and/or hospitality management.
• California Food Handler Certification is required.
• Fluent in English and Korean, both oral and written is a huge plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Enforce, train, oversee, and regulate workflow.
• Serve as shift leader to ensure guest service standards.
• Coordinate with team to maintain QSC&V (Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value).
• Manage customer relations and handle to-go orders and inquiries.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development.
