• Create emotional connections through eye contact, smiling, and attentive service.

• Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
• Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Issue gift cards and assist with guest inquiries.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
