Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
• Assist in kitchen roles while maintaining food safety, quality, and speed of service.
• Take orders, explain items, and respond to changes quickly.
• Prepare food items for cooking.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brand, products, and promotions.
• Fry, bake, or cook food items.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
• Assemble, wrap, and package food for final presentation.
• Ensure products and guest experiences align with brand standards.
• Monitor product hold times to maintain quality and safety.
• Manage and maintain inventory and equipment.
• Assist in opening and/or closing procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests, teammates, and leaders.
• Maintain sanitary and safe restaurant environment and restrooms.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
