Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with ordering and inquiries.
• Help guests use ordering kiosks and technology.
• Assist guests in need of extra help during service.
• Check back after meals to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Help ensure kids receive a kid treat when appropriate.
• Handle guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Communicate feedback and recommendations to the team.
