Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a part-time Guest Experience Leader to create feel-good moments for guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You’ll greet customers, assist with kiosk ordering, and ensure satisfaction while collaborating with the team to deliver great service.

We offer a starting pay of $13/hr for adults, with a higher premium after 9pm or before 8am, and opportunities for growth, tuition assistance, and language courses as part of our benefits program.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Offer help with using the ordering kiosks.

• Check with guests after receiving food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Handle guest concerns.
• Communicate feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team.
