Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited in Fountain Inn, SC is seeking a Guest Experience Leader for the restaurant. You will greet guests, assist with ordering, help guests with kiosks, and ensure a positive dining experience in a fast-paced team environment.

You must be 16 years of age or older. We offer great pay, tremendous benefits and opportunities to grow within the franchise. Training will be provided to help you succeed and advance with flexible hours between 8am and 8pm.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering.
• Assisting guests with ordering kiosks.
• Providing extra help where needed.
• Checking with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicating feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team.
• Keeping the lobby clean for guests.
• Keeping bathrooms clean.
