Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader.
• Part-time role with hours between 8am and 8pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Provide extra help to those in need.
• Check satisfaction after they receive their food and address concerns.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat when appropriate.
• Share feedback and recommendations with the restaurant team.
