Job summary

HAR SFM, LLC's Davis Center at the Harlem Meer in New York City is seeking a part-time Guest Services Lead to deliver first-class service and manage program registrations, POS, and inquiries.

You'll supervise guest services operations, assist with training, balance cash drawers, and maintain schedules while ensuring a warm welcome and high-quality experiences for visitors and members.

• Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in customer service, leadership and organization.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Guest Services shift lead when assigned.
• Assists with training and monitoring quality control for Guest Services.
• Ensure every guest/member receives a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
• Assists with inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering Guest 1st Service Standards.
• Directly assists with program registrations, POS transactions, inventory counting, way finding, and information.
• Perform basic mathematical computations, balance drawers, and manage daily income.
• Reconcile cash boxes per proper procedure.
• Cultivate an environment of first-class guest service with enthusiasm.
• Be knowledgeable about prices, programming, and daily facility schedule.
• Maintain confidentiality with guest and Team Member information.
• Resolve guest concerns and/or direct to appropriate Manager.
• Share guest feedback with Team Members and managers.
• Execute light cleaning duties around workstation.
• Serve as a Birthday Party Captain when assigned.
• Help ensure all birthday parties are executed properly and with high service.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management
