Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Georgia is hiring a Lead Cashier who will drive guest satisfaction and ensure flawless cashiering standards. You will lead by example at the register, train new cashiers, and support loyalty initiatives to boost sales and guest loyalty.

This role requires a friendly, detail-oriented communicator who can multi-task, manage returns and exchanges, and maintain clean, organized cashwrap areas. You’ll partner with store leadership to meet goals while delivering the premium Ulta Beauty

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
Passion for guest service and selling.
Experience addressing guests’ concerns professionally to deliver excellent service.
Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
Greet guests and provide personalized service, recommending Ulta Beauty products.
Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
Lead cashwrap activities and assist with training new cashiers.
Book appointments and support in-store events to drive sales and loyalty.
Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure store cleanliness and readiness.
