Job summary

Merlin’s Bubble Planet Minnesota invites an enthusiastic Guest Experience Lead to help run daily operations and guide guests through a vibrant, immersive world. You’ll work to keep lines moving, maintain a positive guest energy, and support a safe, welcoming environment for families.

You will develop leadership skills on the job, train teammates, and collaborate with supervisors and other attraction teams to deliver memorable experiences for guests of all ages. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and confident communicator
• Able to stay calm in busy situations
• Experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment or attractions
• Wants to grow into leadership
• Available on weekends and holidays

Guest Experience Lead - Bubble Planet Minnesota

Bubble Planet is an exciting new immersive attraction from the same team at SEA LIFE Minnesota, designed to spark wonder and create unforgettable memories for guests of all ages. Join our team and help bring this one-of-a-kind, interactive experience to life for families exploring a world of bubbles, color, and imagination!

What You’ll Do:

• Help support the Bubble Planet team during daily operations
• Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
• Help train and motivate team members
• Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
• Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day

Qualifications & Experience

• Are outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people
• Can stay calm in busy situations
• Enjoy helping and encouraging others
• Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions
• Want to grow into leadership
• Available weekends + holidays (required)
