Job summary

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for Bubble Planet Minnesota to support daily operations and deliver an engaging guest experience. You will help manage lines, maintain energy, and assist teammates as needed in a fast-paced attraction environment.

The role emphasizes leadership development, training others, and maintaining a welcoming environment for families. Weekend and holiday availability are required, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, positive, and confident when communicating with people.
• Can stay calm in busy situations.
• Enjoy helping and encouraging others.
• Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions.
• Desire to grow into leadership.
• Available weekends and holidays (required).
• Previous leadership and training experience is a plus.

Bubble Planet is an exciting new immersive attraction from the same team at SEA LIFE Minnesota, designed to spark wonder and create unforgettable memories for guests of all ages.

What You’ll Do

• Help support the Bubble Planet team during daily operations
• Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed

Pay Range: USD $18.50 per hour.
