• Lead the guest experience: Check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves
• Be the solution: Handle guest concerns and provide resolution to their satisfaction
• Understand that teamwork is key: Work with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
