Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring for a Guest Experience Leader in our Ohio restaurant. You’ll greet guests, lead the experience, and help ensure they enjoy their visit.

You’ll resolve guest concerns, work closely with your team to maintain a welcoming, clean environment, and share insights about promotions and the McDonald’s App. The role emphasizes hospitality, learning, and growth.
