Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Guest Experience Leader in Grand Rapids, MI. The role focuses on inviting guest interactions, solving concerns, and maintaining a welcoming restaurant atmosphere. You’ll promote the McDonald’s App and Mobile Order & Pay benefits while working with a team to deliver great service.

Competitive pay starts at $15.00 per hour with potential up to $17.05. Benefits include discounts, meals, PTO, tuition assistance, training, weekly pay, 401k, and health coverage.
