Job summary

McDonald’s Kendallville is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to ensure guests have a positive visit and to support a welcoming restaurant environment. You will lead the guest experience, resolve concerns, and collaborate with your team to maintain a clean, friendly space.

Ideal candidates show a hospitable, service-oriented mindset, a desire to learn, and strong communication to anticipate customer needs and promote app benefits.
