Job summary

Popeyes in San Antonio, TX is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering exceptional guest service, preparing delicious food, and helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

You’ll greet guests, take orders, operate the cash register, ensure food is fresh and presented well, maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and follow health and safety guidelines while working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 60 pounds occasionally) and stand for extended periods
