Job summary

Popeyes in Houston, TX is seeking enthusiastic Team Members who will be at the heart of our restaurant, delivering guest service, preparing delicious food, and helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

As a Team Member, you’ll greet guests, take orders, operate the register, and help maintain cleanliness and safety while supporting daily operations and deliveries as needed. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Training provided for all new teammates.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods
