Job summary

Popeyes in San Antonio is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to deliver great guest service, prepare delicious food, and help create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

You’ll greet customers, take orders, cook signature items, keep areas clean, stock supplies, and support deliveries and inventory while following safety guidelines. No prior experience required—we train you and offer growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering great guest service.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.
