Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking Concept Attendant/Team Members at DFW Airport to deliver exceptional guest service, assist with food prep, process transactions, and maintain high cleanliness standards. You will greet guests, suggest menu options, and ensure accurate cash handling in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months related experience) and the ability to read, understand English, and perform basic math.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate in English.
• Basic arithmetic including add/subtract/multiply/divide.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and greet guests with a smile.
• Communicate, explain and upsell menu offerings and promotions.
• Process orders, handle payments and cash drawer paperwork.
• Cook and store food at required temperatures and rotate products.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment daily.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Adhere to safety standards and report equipment issues promptly.
• Perform opening/closing side duties as needed.
