Mister Car Wash is seeking a friendly Guest Service Specialist to greet customers, upsell membership programs, and ensure every car leaves clean and shiny. You will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, delivering friendly service and helping customers choose the right wash options.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and eager to grow in customer service or hospitality‑type roles. Shifts vary, including weekends, with on-site opportunities and training to support career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality‑type roles preferred.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with selling and upselling products and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a wave and a smile.
• Enthusiastically sell Mister Car Wash products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
