Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year executive hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills essential.
• Bilingual communication skills preferred.
• Computer knowledge and/or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly forecasts for housekeeping and coordinate with other departments.
• Plan work schedules, assign rooms, and participate in hiring and evaluations.
• Train newly hired team members and monitor performance.
• Conduct guest satisfaction inspections of public areas and rooms.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and cost control procedures; enforce safety standards.
• Address guest requests and respond to complaints; ensure proper uniform presentation.
