Holiday Inn Express & Suites Manchester-CONF CTR (Tullahoma) is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas to brand standards this shift. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet productivity standards while maintaining cleanliness expectations.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to company and brand standards.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Replace used towels and replenish guest amenities.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
• Dust furniture and clean surfaces.
• Restock beverages, food items, and room supplies as needed.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways and common spaces.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
• Assist guests with questions and requests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Help recover and report lost and found items.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and cleanliness procedures.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed accurately and efficiently each shift.

Education
