Collared Martin Hospitality seeks a detail-focused Housekeeping Attendant to uphold the highest cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas, contributing to a comfortable and memorable guest experience.

This role operates in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities ranging from making beds and replenishing amenities to reporting safety hazards and maintaining health codes across properties within walking distance.

Formación

• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs and stand through the shift.
• Must be able to use cleaning and laundry equipment.
• Basic English skills required.
• May be assigned to perform duties at any of our properties located within walking distance of each other.

Responsabilidades

• Stripping and making beds.
• Cleaning surfaces in guest rooms and common areas to ensure health standards are met.
• Replenishing linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Carry and transfer linens, towels, toiletries and other guest amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Launder towels, linens, and other items on site; this includes loading washing machines and dryers, ironing and folding dried items.
• Sort, count, inventory, mark and store clean linens.
• Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.
• Move and arrange furniture.
• Clean, organize, and remove debris or other items from common areas.
• Receive inquiries from and communicate information to guests.
• Report safety hazards and other maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor or manager.
• Comply with all applicable health and safety codes and regulations.
