Job summary

Hyatt Place Detroit / Royal Oak is seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeping Host to maintain clean, inviting guest rooms and support high standards of guest service. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment and communicate effectively with guests.

Candidates should have prior cleaning experience and a strong customer-service mindset, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed at our Royal Oak location.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred, ideally in hotel or related field.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
