The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a part-time housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas to The Pfister's standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest service.

You will operate cleaning equipment, follow safety procedures, and support the housekeeping team by completing tasks on the daily assignment sheet, with weekend and holiday availability. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits through Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift over 100 lbs and push heavy carts.
• Professional, well-groomed, and courteous demeanor.
• Basic English communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote guest and associate rapport by responding promptly and courteously.
• Use the HotSOS app to receive and track assignments.
• Clean and maintain all assigned areas according to standards.
• Follow daily assignment sheets and complete tasks.
• Deliver supplies as requested and assist with projects.
• Operate cleaning equipment and heavy machines as needed.
• Report maintenance issues through proper channels.
• Maintain cleanliness of public and back-of-house areas.
• Follow safety and conduct standards.
