Qualifications

• Must reflect Cooper’s Hawk values.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Thrives in a team-based environment.
• Has a passion for guest service and hospitality.
• Ability to multi-task and work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift.
• Must work flexible shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with hospitality and friendliness.
• Answer guest calls with professional phone skills.
• Educate guests about food and wine and escort to tables.
• Supervise dining room flow to maximize seating and service.
• Manage special seating requests in line with availability.
• Assist servers and service staff as needed.
• Complete necessary side work during non-busy hours.
• Maintain professional relationships with managers and team members.
