The Harpeth Franklin Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a courteous Host/Hostess to greet guests, manage seating, and coordinate dining room operations with a focus on hospitality excellence. Qualifications

• First point of contact for guests, greeting and answering questions.
• Maintains a welcoming, attentive demeanor.
• Supports smooth dining room flow and guest seating.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to table, pull chair, present menus.
• Ensure entry doors are clean, inviting, and welcoming.
• Wipe and prepare menus with any specials.
• Inform servers of location and station.
• Plan seating chart and manage reservations for the evening.
• Check reservation messages and confirm bookings.
• Coordinate with managers for private parties.
• Coordinate with kitchen on menu availability.
• Maintain communication with servers and kitchen to sync timing.
• Greet guests departing to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Confirm overall guest satisfaction before departure.
• Serve as the first and last impression of the guest experience.
• Identify and relay any issues to management promptly.
