Responsibilities

• Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival
• Maintain a front door presence and assist guests entering or exiting
• Record guest names and party sizes when immediate seating is unavailable
• Provide guests with estimated waiting time
• Notify guests when tables become available
• Answer phone calls professionally per hospitality standards
• Accommodate special seating requests and balance flow between service stations
• Seat guests, present menus, and relay server names; ensure tables are clean and set
• Relay messages to servers and bussers as needed
• Maintain a clean service area
• Conduct checks of restrooms, landscaping, windows and entryways
• Thank guests and invite them to return
