Job summary

Supreme Dumplings in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a friendly host/hostess to welcome guests and coordinate seating. You will manage reservations, assist with special requests, and help maintain a smooth dining room flow.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask are essential. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, and availability on weekends and holidays is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Understand and accommodate guests’ dining needs.
• Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times.
• Maintain and manage the seating chart to ensure an efficient flow.
• Monitor restaurant activity and adjust seating accordingly.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general questions.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Support team members with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and handling to-go orders.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain smooth operations and a positive work environment.
