Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe in Cary, NC is hiring a friendly Host/Hostess to welcome guests, seat them, and ensure a smooth dining experience. You will answer calls, manage reservations, and coordinate with servers to keep the dining flow seamless.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service and communication skills, multitasking ability, and a guest‑oriented mindset. Training on our POS system will be provided. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Seat guests based on their preferences and the restaurant's availability.
• Answer incoming calls and take reservations when needed.
• Manage the waiting list and notify guests when tables are ready.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
