Job summary

Oregano's in Scottsdale is looking for a friendly, outgoing Host to welcome guests and guide them to their tables. As a frontline team member, you’ll create a warm first impression and help maintain smooth seating during busy shifts.

You will greet and seat guests, manage the seating flow, answer questions, and support the front-of-house team to ensure a memorable dining experience. The role requires stamina and a positive attitude, with opportunities for growth within the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests: Welcomes guests, provides accurate wait times, and efficiently seats parties.

• Provides guest assistance: Answers guest inquiries, offers menu information, and creates a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintains host station: Keeps host station organized and clean.
• Supports front-of-house team: Collaborates with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Reports issues: Promptly reports maintenance problems, safety hazards, and incidents.
