Job summary

Oregano’s in Mesa, AZ is seeking an enthusiastic Host to greet guests, manage seating, and deliver welcoming service at the entrance. You’ll be the first and last impression, creating a warm atmosphere while coordinating with the front-of-house team to keep dining areas running smoothly.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, can multitask under pressure, and provide outstanding guest service. Must be at least 16 with any required food safety certifications as applicable.

• Provides guest assistance: Answers guest inquiries, offers menu information, and creates a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintains host station: Keeps host station organized and clean.
• Supports front-of-house team: Collaborates with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Reports issues: Promptly reports maintenance problems, safety hazards, and incidents.
