Job summary

Historic Tours of America invites you to join The Old Savannah Distillery as a Host. You will welcome guests, seat them, and ensure a hospitable environment while promoting the venue to generate foot traffic.

As a friendly front-of-house representative, you’ll manage reservations, greet guests with courtesy, and coordinate seating to balance service. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong communication and listening skills.
• Excellent speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in groups under rules.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide prompt service.
• Inform guests of specialties, features, and offerings.
• Seat guests and manage rotation to balance seatings.
• Receive and record dining reservations and direct guests to waiting area.
• Handle questions and requests with patience and kindness.
