Responsibilities

• Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests.
• They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests.
• We’re The Original Originator.
• Our Front of the House team welcomes our Guests into a slice of Italian Americana just like Grandma Nonna would have done.
