The Seagate Hotel, Golf & Beach Club, Autograph Collection seeks a friendly Host for Bourbon Steak to create a warm welcome for guests and members. You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and help maintain a smooth dining flow with strong communication and professional demeanor.

In this fast-paced luxury setting you will deliver exceptional service, assist with other restaurant positions as needed, and ensure data is properly entered into the guest management system.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
• Accurate handling of money and operation of a point-of-sale system.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests as they enter and manage the waiting list as necessary.
• Provide guests with menus and answer initial questions.
• Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assign guests to preferred tables while maintaining table rotation for balanced server assignments.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond to complaints and assist in resolving them.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information.
• Be knowledgeable of the menu.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Cultivate and enter guest data into guest management software.
