Qualifications

Experience in high volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment preferred.
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours).
Lift and carry up to 20 lbs and use reservation systems and phones.
Clear verbal communication skills in a fast-paced dining setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor and seat them promptly.
Manage reservations and seating to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with questions or requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station and manage menus.
Coordinate with servers to manage guest flow and seating arrangements.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
