Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced F&B environment.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls and take reservations with proper etiquette.
• Greet guests and escort them to tables, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Monitor restaurant flow, including table turnover, guest arrival and departure, and pace.
• Confirm reservations and manage guest history for VIPs or regular patrons.
