Job summary

Kendall’s Tavern and Chophouse in Coon Rapids, MN is hiring a part-time Dishwasher to keep kitchen areas, equipment and utensils clean and organized. Responsibilities include dishwashing, transporting supplies, and maintaining trash areas while supporting a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with dishwashing in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and wash dishes, pots, pans and trays using sink or dishwasher.
• Transport supplies and clean dishes to proper storage.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storerooms and equipment.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks for food and supplies.

Kendall’s Tavern and Chophouse in Coon Rapids is hiring immediately for a Dishwasher.This position performs dishwashing activities with primary responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, storerooms, and equipment, and for transporting food, china, and equipment between storage and work areas.Job Responsibilities:Scrapes food from dirty dishes, racks china, glassware and flatware and washes by hand or on dishwashing machine.Washes dishes, pots, pans and trays.Transports supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Returns all clean kitchen utensils and equipment to proper storage location. Cleans kitchen equipment.Maintains close communication with supervisor, including supply needs and maintenance of all equipment.Segregates and removes trash and garbage, and places in designated containers. Takes out trash and recycling. Cleans and maintains interior and exterior trash area.
