This role requires the ability to connect with guests, create raving fans through outstanding service, and maintain a clean and inviting environment. Formación

Responsabilidades

• Ensure lobby/foyer/hoststand is sparkling and clutter-free.
• Greet guests with confidence upon arrival.
• Clean debris from outside storefront.

Ability to connect with guests and team members

Can create raving fans based off of performance

Ability to work with POS, reservation and scheduling software
