Responsibilities

• Seating guests in the dining room to ensure service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Answer guests' questions about the restaurant and handle requests with guest satisfaction as priority.
• Cooperate with management and coworkers to assist others and share improvement ideas.
• Follow safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
• Know emergency procedures in the restaurant.
• Perform duties and follow standards as outlined in the associate handbook.
