Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker for The Pavilion at Star Lake. You will help ensure safety, assist guests with seating, and maintain cleanliness and order before, during, and after shows.

The role emphasizes guest service, ticket verification, and aiding guests with needs, including accessibility and directions, while supporting recycling and sustainability initiatives at the venue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry, answer questions, assist with locating seats and verify tickets.
• Maintain venue safety, cleanliness and presentation for guests.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems.
• Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
• Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as seating accommodations.
• Participate in venue recycling and sustainability efforts before, during and after shows.
• Guide guests to exits or provide instructions in case of emergency.
• Verify staff credentials for restricted areas when required.
• Support venue sustainability programs and educate fans about efforts.
• Assist with post-show cleanup, collecting recyclables and storing equipment properly.
• Assist patrons with directions inside or outside the venue.
