Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience.
• Ability to learn and retain tour information upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Create engagement opportunities with Opry guests during arrival, seating, intermission, tours, and departure.
• Present high-energy, entertaining, scripted tour while escorting groups through the facility.
• Respond to questions about the venue and share interest in upcoming events.
• Promote Opry Entertainment products and assist guests with directions.
• Ensure tour guests are presented with a photo opportunity.
• Collect and scan tickets from groups and provide directional guidance.
• Ensure guests stay with the tour group and support security.
• Manage and maintain tour equipment and report issues.
• Follow corporate policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
