Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a friendly host/hostess to greet guests with a warm smile, seat guests efficiently, and manage the wait list in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will escort guests to tables, answer questions, maintain a tidy foyer, and coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth dining experience. This role requires good English communication and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing role requiring excellent communication and a warm presence.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and reach for long periods.
• Basic math for seating and time management.
• Must pass Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the seating flow.
• Maintain foyer and host station neat and stocked.
• Answer phones and direct guests.
• Escort guests to tables and manage wait list.
• Conclude visits with a positive farewell.
• Assist with shift changes and sidework.
• Uphold cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
