Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is hiring a Host/Server Assistant in Colorado. You will greet guests, seat them, support servers, and help deliver a welcoming, AUS-SOME dining experience to every guest.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork and upselling opportunities. Compensation includes a base wage of $19.29 per hour with tip eligibility, plus benefits such as health insurance, paid sick leave, and growth opportunities through our Shift Leader program.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
• Work in hot and cold environments.
• Walk and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Strong communication with guests and team.
• Ability to upsell and answer questions about menu items.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating in dining and bar areas.
• Coordinate wait times and seat guests with urgency.
• Provide friendly, noticeable service and teamwork across restaurant areas.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages and clearing tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Answer phones professionally and direct calls.
