Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group seeks a friendly Host/Server Assistant to welcome guests, seat them, and ensure a smooth handoff to service staff in a fast-paced setting. You will coordinate seating, assist servers, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and build rapport.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner and seat them.
• Assist Servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables.
• Coordinate wait times and seating with urgency and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure a guest-friendly dining environment.
• Provide friendly, helpful information about menu items and upsell when appropriate.
