Training is provided in-venue by Tao Group Hospitality, with opportunities to participate in daily pre-service meetings and departmental trainings while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Previous host person experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them to appropriate tables.
• Interact with guests, team members, and supervisors in a courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality.
• Handle reservations and answer guest questions.
• Assist with front desk tasks and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain menus and menu books updated for service.
• Attend daily pre-service meetings and trainings.
• Uphold Tao Group Hospitality standards and professional conduct.
