Job summary

Branch & Bird in downtown Fort Worth is searching for a reliable Host to greet and escort guests to tables, take reservations, answer the phone and direct calls, and provide courteous service. This role assists with booking large parties, planning menus and related details, and ensuring the entrance and dining room floor are clean and ready for service.

The ideal candidate will have prior restaurant Host experience and be capable of contributing to our system with moderate supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant host experience is preferred.
• Excellent time management and strong organizational skills.
• Customer service oriented with professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests and escort to tables.
• Take reservations and maintain reservation book (OpenTable).
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist in planning large parties.
• Ensure restaurant entrance and dining area are clean and ready for service.
