Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate table status and communicate changes to team.
• Answer calls and assist with reservations and information.
• Relay special occasions, dietary needs, VIP details to staff.
• Coordinate with servers and managers to optimize table turns.
• Keep host stand clean, organized and professional at all times.
• Assist with takeout orders and guest service needs when needed.
• Provide hours, menus, and resort amenities information accurately.
