La Vida Hospitality is looking for a Host at Big Chill Beach Club in Bethany Beach, Delaware. The Host provides a warm greeting and ensures a positive atmosphere for guests while managing seating and requests. This role is pivotal in guest satisfaction and requires excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Positions are available both part-time and full-time, starting at $15 per hour with additional benefits such as paid time off and lifestyle perks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Have reliable transportation to/from work.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to handle money and operate a cash register.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 6 hours).
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a smile.
• Monitor guest special needs and requests.
• Record guest names and manage wait times.
