Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and guide them to tables.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and communicate welcomes per training.
• Seat guests and coordinate with servers and bussers.
• Maintain a clean dining area and ensure health and safety standards.
• Use POS for guest transactions as directed.
• Support upsell strategies and participate in daily lineups.
• Be flexible with shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
